AFFORDABLE CARE ACT
The article Doubt of the Benefit by Patrick Marshall [May 2015] is outstanding. Seattle Business took the time to really understand the complex nature of employee benefits and where they come from and what is at stake with the Affordable Care Act. Congratulations on leading the way on the topic while the other Seattle media continue to take a long nap. Patrick Marshall really understands the subject and made it simple enough so that small-business owners can start to see what is going on. Dont quit on this story. There will be a lot more to tell.

2015 WASHINGTON MANUFACTURING AWARDS
It is a tremendous honor to be publicly awarded the Manufacturer of the Year by Seattle Business magazine. To be chosen by the panel of judges for this prestigious award among many leading companies in our industry means a great deal to our entire Romac team. The award has already resulted in a strong morale boost among Romac employees; its great to see our team full of pride. This recognition will also help us recruit future talent at Romac for years to come, which will be a real gift to us.

I would like to thank Seattle Business magazine for the Food and Beverage Processor of the Year Award that we received at the Washington Manufacturing Awards event in April. We really enjoyed the awards banquet and the entire evening at the Museum of Flight, and are so pleased to be among the great companies also honored by your magazine. Its not easy being a manufacturer and it isnt as high profile as other businesses in the news, so it was a treat for my entire staff to be recognized like this.
