Morley Machine Tool Alignment

Milton

You can’t just plunk down a multimillion-dollar machine on the shop floor and expect it to produce parts meeting the tight tolerances demanded by industries like aerospace and medical devices. Those machines have to be properly set up, maintained and adjusted.

That’s the job of Morley Machine Tool Alignment, a small (10-employee) company that doesn’t just repair but, in some cases, also rebuilds and retrofits manufacturing equipment.
The payoff for clients is increased machine operating time and performance and reduced scrap. Morley has been investing in laser-based measurement tools that keep machines and companies compliant with international quality standards.
