Alli Burton is being promoted to director of Talent Acquisition. Burton has 15 years of recruiting experience and has been with McKinstry since 2011, when she started as a talent acquisition partner. Burton now directs McKinstry’s talent acquisition team, driving recruiting efforts across McKinstry’s national footprint. “It’s a privilege to hire amazing, intelligent and thoughtful people into this company that I believe in so deeply,” Burton said. “I’m excited to work with my team to bring even more diverse talent to McKinstry in the coming years.”
