An online marketplace for entrepreneurs, Bonanza offers a benefits package thats comparable to other technology companies that tend to be a lot bigger. Employees dont pay monthly premiums for health care. They receive generous stock options, as well as three weeks of vacation and another week or two of holidays. On top of that, they also have Work from Home Wednesdays, monthly massages and free lunch twice a week. Wait. Theres more.
The entire staff is invited to take a vacation together families included to a tropical destination for the entire month of February. Its an excellent opportunity for people to get to know each other and get to know each others family, says Bonanza CEO Bill Harding.
