Orca Month is a chance to celebrate one of our region’s most iconic wildlife species, but also an opportunity to reflect on the plight of these fragile creatures. Only 76 Southern Resident orcas remain, and the survival of each orca is vital for this critically endangered community’s future. We hope you’ll join us for events all month long this June throughout Washington, Oregon, and British Columbia to learn how to protect this critically endangered community.
