Kirsten L. Koester

Stoel Rives LLP is proud to announce that experienced business attorney Kirsten L. Koester has joined the firm in its Seattle office. Holding the title of Of Counsel, Koester will practice with the team in the Corporate Practice Group.

For nearly 15 years, Koester has counseled business clients in a wide range of complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, both nationally and internationally.

With deep experience in transactional legal services, Koester counsels business clients in mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, debt and equity financing, entity formation and structure, joint ventures, and licensing transactions. Her experience includes helping clients negotiate and structure private equity and venture capital transactions.
