Nate Bailey

Fisher Phillips, a national labor and employment law firm representing employers, announces the addition of Nate Bailey as Of Counsel in its Seattle office. 

With more than 10 years of experience, Bailey represents employers of all sizes in a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unfair competition, wage and hour and breach of contract. He also advises clients on matters including employment contracts, employer handbooks and policies, discipline and discharge and compliance with medical leave and disability laws. He joins the firm from Winterbauer & Diamond PLLC. Bailey received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Indiana University, Maurer School of Law (2008) and his B.S. from the University of Washington (2003).
