Steven T. Plastrik

Steven T. Plastrik has joined Lane Powell as an Associate on the Immigration Team in Seattle.

With experience at Amazon and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Plastrik is adept at helping clients manage their high-volume immigration portfolios as well as identifying vulnerabilities and compliance risks in immigration programs and providing proactive solutions to combat them. He represents employers in H-1B, TN, E-2, E-3, L-1 and O-1 visa matters, and also assists employers and foreign nationals in PERM, I-140 and EB-1 petitions and applications.

Plastrik received his J.D. from the University of Michigan (UM) Law School, and his B.A., with high distinction, in Political Science, Asian Languages & Cultures from UM.
