Amanda N. Buchan

Fisher Phillips, a national labor and employment law firm representing employers, announces the addition of attorney Amanda N. Buchan as an associate in its Seattle office. 

Buchan defends employers in a variety of employment matters, including U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) claims and lawsuits. She also assists clients with conducting workplace investigations and advising on labor disputes. During law school, Buchan interned for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of General Counsel, where she assisted in the defense of EEO claims. She joins the firm from Winterbauer & Diamond PLLC in Seattle. Buchan received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Seattle University School of Law (2013) and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Seattle Pacific University (2006).
