Kidder Mathews promotes Mike Grainger to oversee Eastside property management operations

Seattle, Wash. (January 17, 2019) – Mike Grainger, a 25-year commercial real estate veteran, has assumed responsibility for Kidder Mathews’ property management operations in the firm’s Eastside and suburban markets. Mike will lead the group’s team of professionals, administrative, and technical staff from the Kidder Mathews’ regional office in Bellevue, Washington.

During his 12-year tenure at Kidder Mathews, he has overseen over a million square feet of assets and has been instrumental in securing over 800,000 square feet of additional business from new and existing clients including the Port of Seattle, Nicola Crosby, and the Lionstone Group. Mike is a vice president and shareholder in the firm.
