Debra “Debbie” Johnson

Evergreen Home Loans, a full-service direct home loan lender offering origination, funding and home loan servicing with offices in six Western states, announced that Debra “Debbie” Johnson joined the company’s executive team as chief financial officer, executive vice president reporting to President Don Burton.

Johnson brings a strong financial services background to Evergreen, having served in executive positions at Opus Bank, Cascade Bank, and Homestreet Bank. She most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at Northwest Bank. Johnson is a Washington CPA. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Western Washington University and a graduate-level degree from Pacific Coast Banking School. She is also an active board member at the Coal Creek Family YMCA.
