Patrick Ross

Patrick Ross is the Director of Finance & Accounting at PitchBook, where he oversees the company’s finance and accounting team and manages financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems. Prior to joining PitchBook, Ross was the senior director of finance for Zonar Systems, Inc., a Seattle-based telematics software provider that was acquired by Continental AG. In this role, Ross focused on budgeting, forecasting, SaaS metrics, and ultimately oversaw the finance and accounting function. Before that, Ross was part of Ernst & Young’s M&A consulting practice, providing financial due diligence services to strategic and financial clients on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, primarily the technology industry. Ross also worked in Ernst & Young’s assurance practice serving public and private clients in a variety of industries. He is a licensed CPA in Washington and graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts focused on accounting.
