Outreach, the leading sales engagement platform, has added former Amazon Director, Global Talent Acquisition Rich Simon to its rapidly growing team as Vice President, Head of Talent. Previously, Simon led recruiting at Amazon web services for 14 years during which time he achieved such notable successes as founding Amazon’s senior technical talent SWAT team. In his new role, Simon will leverage his proven expertise in creating remarkable recruiting organizations through developing the structure that Outreach will use to grow its various specialty teams across the company, including engineering and product. 

“Initially, I will be highly focused on beefing up Outreach’s engineering team, from which we plan to expand by upwards of 80 engineers,” said Simon. “One of the goals I feel most passionate about achieving, however, is maintaining Outreach’s fantastic company culture.
