Tyler K. Hollenbeck has been promoted to partner in law firm DLA Piper’s Seattle office, effective as of January 1, 2017.

Tyler is a member of DLA Piper’s Corporate practice, where he focuses on securities and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate counseling, with an emphasis on the representation of emerging growth companies and venture capital firms.
