Limeade, a corporate wellness technology company, hired Steven Parker as vice president of customer success. Steven led customer success, retention and growth strategy at leading HR SaaS rewards & recognition provider Achievers, earning the company an unrivaled customer satisfaction record. Steven’s leadership and expertise will advance the Limeade customer success team while reinforcing the Limeade value “delight our customers.”

Steven is responsible for leading the customer success team: driving strategy, delivering an excellent customer experience, reducing risk, scaling to support company growth and building an inspired and inspiring team. He will also contribute to product strategy, making the Limeade platform work even harder to drive measurable customer outcomes.

Steven brings over 20 years of experience at companies including Achievers, Sumtotal Systems, Oracle, AAA and the U.S. Army Special Operations. Working with nearly half of the Fortune 100, Steven has redesigned HR processes and technology for some of the world’s best places to work. He is a former member of the United States Army Special Operations Command, a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a certified Human Capital Strategist (HCS).
