As a follow up to our last Fellows Forum about Knowledge Management and Knowledge Sharing, this forum will focus on specific strategies around growing and retaining staff. What are firms doing to grow their next generation of leaders and rainmakers? How are “up ‘n comers” identified? Should firms have a firm-wide professional development plan or can they just wait for the cream to rise to the top? What training should they receive? In today’s age of talent wars, what are future-oriented firms doing to retain their future leaders? How are they keeping retired or retiring staff engaged—or are they? How about your firm, does it have a leadership succession plan in place?
