Fisher Communications of Seattle is selling to Sinclair Broadcast Group of Baltimore for $373.3 million. Fisher shareholders will get $41 for each share of Fisher common stock they own.

Here is the news release distributed Thursday by Fisher, which owns 20 television stations in eight western markets, including KOMO/4 in Seattle and KATU/2 in Portland. The deal also includes Seattle radio stations KOMO-AM, KOMO-FM, KVI-AM and KPLZ-FM.

After the sale, Sinclair will own, operate, program or provide sales services to 134 television stations in 69 markets, reaching approximately 33.7 percent of television households in the United States.
