Julie Milner

Julie Milner is being brought on as Talent Development Director. Milner came to McKinstry earlier this year after nearly 30 years of experience in the consumer goods and healthcare industries—having specialized in corporate training, employee and organizational development, strategic workforce planning and change enablement. She now leads a team that runs all elements of employee training and development at McKinstry. “It’s vital for me to be at a company that I feel good working for, and I feel great at McKinstry,” Milner said. “McKinstry truly believes in building a thriving planet, and I’m proud that my team gets to develop and train the people who turn that mission into action.”
