Hathaway Burden

Garvey Schubert Barer (GSB) today announced that Hathaway Burden has joined GSB’s dynamic litigation team in the firm’s Seattle office. Burden’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and workplace misconduct. Prior to GSB, Burden clerked for Justice Mary Yu at the Washington State Supreme Court. She also served as a 2016 GSB Summer Associate in the firm’s Seattle office. She received her J.D. with honors from the University of Washington School of Law and her B.A. from Hamilton College in World Politics and Spanish.
