Christian Gunter

Christian Gunter has been promoted to Vice President of Development for the Skanska’s commercial development operations in Seattle. 

Gunter, who joined Skanska in March of 2013, was instrumental in the development and financial success of Skanska’s first-ever multi-family project, Alley 111 in Bellevue, WA. Subsequently as a Director, Gunter took a key leadership role on Skanska’s 2+U project, an office development under construction at Second Avenue and University Street in the heart of Seattle’s urban core. 

In his new role, Gunter will continue managing project development and leasing, as well as take a leadership role in new land pursuit opportunities.
