SBAC Business Model Design Workshop

The Seattle Business Architecture Community (SBAC) is pleased to host a special 2 hour workshop on business model design geared primarily for practitioners or consumers of business architecture. The first 1/2 hour will consist of a light potluck and networking followed by a 90 minutes of lecture and hands on exercises.

Background: We live in a time where little is predictable. Organizations must continuously innovate their business model in order to stay relevant and profitable. This impacts the Business Architect’s job-to-be-done. Using design thinking, you will learn new tools, skills and mindset to create business innovation and strategy that creates, delivers and captures value.

Workshop: The session will consist of lecture and hands on collaboration using a visual design tool. You will work through the mechanics of a current and future state business model with a keen eye on capabilities.
