Salvatore “Sal” Troia

Garden City Group, LLC℠ (GCG®), a leading provider of legal administration solutions, has appointed Salvatore “Sal” C. Troia to senior vice president, finance. Troia brings to GCG more than 20 years’ experience managing the finance, accounting, and auditing functions for some of the nation’s largest and most notable institutions.

 

As senior vice president, finance, Troia will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic financial systems that ensure profitability for GCG and cost-efficiency for its clients. Additionally, he will oversee all forecasting, budgeting, and reporting and will advise the executive leadership team on the financial and tax implications of operations and processes instituted across the company’s portfolio. 

 

Prior to joining GCG, Troia held several executive-level financial leadership positions for companies with both revenue and assets under management in the billions. Most recently, he was acting corporate controller for Cetera Financial Group, the second largest network of independent financial advisors, and chief accounting officer for its parent company, Aretec Group, Inc. Earlier, Troia rose through the ranks at a Fortune 500 financial services company, ultimately serving as chief financial officer for its broker-dealer subsidiary. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated an unparalleled ability to guide and develop his team members into strategic financial managers and to positively and decisively impact financial operations.
