The Sacramento Bee is reporting that an NBA preseason game will be played at Key Arena this fall, before the 2018-19 season, and former Seattle Sonic Kevin Durant will be part of the game.

Ailene Voisin reports that the Sacramento Kings and Golden State Warriors have scheduled a preseason game in Seattle “according to multiple league sources.”

“The Oct. 6 meeting between Northern California teams will be the first NBA game in the Key Arena since the Sonics moved to Oklahoma City after the 2007-08 season and became the Thunder. The contract has not yet been completed, the sources said,” the report says.

Kevin Durant played for the Sonics during his rookie season before the team was relocated to Oklahoma City.
