Daniel Schwartz, MD

Dr. Schwartz recently joined The Polyclinic Orthopedics department. He sees patients at the Madison Center and Northgate Plaza locations. 

Dr. Schwartz’s clinical interests include sports-, work-, and overuse-related injuries of the shoulder and elbow, including: Arthroscopic management of rotator cuff injuries, shoulder arthritis necessitating either anatomic shoulder replacement (arthroplasty) or reverse shoulder replacement (arthroplasty), shoulder tendonitis, shoulder instability, recurrent shoulder instability requiring advanced arthroscopic boney augmentation (arthroscopic latarjet or Hill-Sachs Remplissage), arthroscopic management of shoulder separation, impingement, acromioclavicular arthritis, proximal humerus fractures, suprascapular nerve entrapment, elbow arthritis, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow and elbow pain.
