Bob Woods

Bob Woods is the new Managing Partner for PwC’s Seattle office where he will take on responsibility for PwC’s client and employee experience, as well as delivering assurance, tax, consulting, forensics and deals services to the growing Puget Sound region.

Woods has worked for PwC in Seattle since 2003 and has been a partner since 2015. His experience includes business and digital transformation initiatives across finance, operations, IT, HR, customer support, and infrastructure functions. 

Most recently, Woods led PwC’s finance modernization solution and thought leadership efforts in the US. Additionally, Bob has practical experience in Cloud/SaaS performance management, digital technology adoption, revenue recognition and reporting, digital asset management and tax operations.

Bob serves as the Board Chair for the Seattle affiliate of Social Venture Partners (SVP) and is an active partner in the community working on education and environmental justice through a racial equity lens. In addition to his work with SVP, he serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Michael G. Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. He is an alumnus of the University of Notre Dame and is, most importantly, a proud father of three children, ages nine, seven and two.
