Andy Colley

Comcast today announced that Andy Colley has been named Director of Public Relations for Comcast in Washington.  In this role, Colley will be responsible for developing, planning and implementing all strategic external communications for Comcast’s Washington service areas. Previously, Colley served as a Corporate Communications Director at AT&T, where he worked with influencers, reporters and news media outlets throughout the Pacific Northwest.

 

“Andy brings a strategic public relations vision to Comcast that is not limited to idea generation, but also execution and demonstrable, business-impacting results,” said Marianne Bichsel, Vice President of External Affairs, Comcast Washington. “He has 20 years of experience that includes leading in-house public relations teams, creating strategic communications plans and managing media relations, crisis communications, brand reputation, external communications, social media and executive communications.”

 

Colley earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Long Beach State University, where he studied Journalism. He is based in Comcast’s Lynnwood office and lives in Redmond, Washington with his wife and two sons.
